Multi-Accounts: Users are permitted to maintain multiple accounts provided they are not used for malicious purposes, spamming, or circumventing a previous ban.
Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your profile.
3. User-Generated Content
Ownership: You retain full ownership of the content (text, images, graphics) you post on AniXtai.
License to AniXtai: By posting content, you grant AniXtai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content within the platform to provide our services.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to share the material.
4. Prohibited Conduct and Content
To maintain a safe community, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
Illegal Activities: Hacking, phishing, or distributing malware.
Spam & Fake News: Massive distribution of unsolicited messages or intentional spreading of misinformation.
Infringement: Sharing links to pirated anime, music, or copyrighted material (Anime Piracy is strictly forbidden).
Harmful Content: Posting 18+ adult content, hate speech, or content that promotes violence and harassment.
5. Enforcement and Termination
We reserve the right to moderate the community to ensure safety. Violations of these terms will result in:
Warning: For minor or first-time offenses.
Suspension: Temporary restriction of account access.
Permanent Ban: For severe or repeated violations, including immediate deletion of the account without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
AniXtai is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime and a bug-free experience, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
AniXtai and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or any content posted by third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes arising from the use of AniXtai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
